You may have heard through the grapevine that the 2020 Jeep Gladiator is coming to town, but there’s a few loose ends before it does so. For instance, the Jeep brand still has to reveal the actual manufacturer’s suggested retail price for the pickup truck.
Many people continue to theorize the starting price for a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, but alas, the number has yet to be set in stone. Despite all of that, the Gladiator is still making pre-sales, even without a firm value to its name. In fact, it’s already sold a whopping 80 trucks (we know that sounds sarcastic, but considering the circumstances, that’s seriously quite impressive).
FCA Has Stats for Gladiator Sales
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has released a sales report for February of 2019, showing that the 2020 Jeep Gladiator has been sold not once, but 80 times.
Some sources have attempted to contact the Jeep brand regarding this interesting fact, all to try to get an answer as to what kind of person is purchasing a not-yet-priced Gladiator. However, Jeep has yet to answer these inquiries.
What we do know is that the Gladiators that have already sold have been labeled internal sales. We Can’t Help But Wonder What the Already-Sold Gladiators Look Like
We could ponder all day about the source of these 80 Jeep Gladiator sales. But what is really worth daydreaming about is whether the buyers got a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission, or what trim they chose, or how they formulated their suspension and lift, or if they opted for the enhanced multimedia system, or…
It’s possible that we’re getting ahead of ourselves here.
In the Meantime, Check Out Jeep’s Online Configurator
Jeep knows what it’s doing in the adventurous automotive market. Whether it be for the American release or for the folks across the pond, they’re being very strategic with pricing announcements for the 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Since we figure that the Jeep site will be the first port of call for the pickup’s pricing announcement, you may want to keep your eye on their online configurator (and maybe even mess around with a Gladiator design for yourself while you’re at it).
Who knows; you may be the 81st buyer of the 2020 Jeep Gladiator pickup truck. (And if you are, please call us.)
